Boneless Pork Chop with Shallot Mustard Sauce

Made this tonight and got rave reviews from my boyfriend...The only things I did differently was add some more butter to the sauce, as well as some freshly grated parmesan cheese. It was such a beautiful presentation along side roasted asparagus, and even better taste. Thank you!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This was delicious! Instead of flour, I dipped the chicken in egg then into a mixture of seasoned breadcrumbs, paprika, salt and pepper. I laid a piece of ham and the the Swiss, rolled it up and used kitchen twine to tie. I browned it in butter and olive oil, then baked at 350 for 30 minutes. The sauce is amazing...thank you!

World's Best Lasagna

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I followed the recipe exactly but scaled down the recipe to 3 dozen, and since it said to use any flavor pudding mix I used banana cream flavored...the results were amazing! Thank you!!!!

Maryland Crab Cakes II

These were wonderful. I substituted the hot pepper sauce for Old Bay, as others recommended. I also did not shred the crab meat and was careful not to overmix the mixture, as others warned against. They were delicious...thank you Bea!!!!!

Lobster Colorado

This was sooo good! I made this for my boyfriend and I's 1 year anniversary dinner, and it was amazing! The only thing I changed was instead of sprinkling the meat with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, I used Montreal's Steak Seasoning. And instead of toothpicks, I used kitchen twine to tie the bacon around the meat. I also cut down on the Old Bay seasoning, only because my man's belly is sensitive to heavy spices. I highly recommend getting with your butcher to find the best cut of tenderloin they have. It is definitely worth the money. Thank you Tina!!!!

Artichoke Chicken

This was wonderful, I took some of the other people's suggestions and mixed the sauce with half mayo, half sour cream...also I added a lot more of the garlic powder because we love garlic in my house...I also salt and peppered the chicken and browned it in butter before baking. Thanks for the recipe...will be making this often.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I used Golden Mushroom soup instead of cream of Mushroom...it came out sooooo good and tender...it was in the crock pot by 11:30AM and done by 7PM, which was perfect timing. This recipe's a keeper!

Vinegar Cookies

Vinegar cookies are the most underrated cookies of our time! I have loved them since I was a kid, and finally, I found a recipe for them..I made two dozens of them, brought them to work, and went home with nothing. Delicious, thank you so much. They are excellent with or without the nuts...

Broccoli and Tortellini Salad

I made a few changes..instead of raisins, I used fresh red grapes. I blanched the broccoli and onion for a few minutes, and doubled the dressing ingredients, except for the sugar, I kept that the same. I didn't have any bacon, so I warmed up some smoked sausage in a skillet and used that instead. It came out delicious...it is a full meal this way. Extra good if you serve it warm...thank you!

Cranberry, Sausage and Apple Stuffing

In the words of Simon Cowell, this stuffing is "absolutely fantastic." I made this stuffing for Thanksgiving, and even though the recipe says it's good for a 10-14lb turkey, I stuffed an 18 pound turkey and still had left overs. It was beautiful to look at, and the leeks and cranberries gave it a great flavor. Everyone loved it. Even the person who I thought wouldn't like the fruit in it loved it. I even bought him a box of Stove Top, and he didn't want it, because he loved my stuffing so much. Thank you, Ibby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
