Salmon Croquette

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2009
My husband said it's even better than what his mom made..woo hoo... I used dijon mustard, dried parsley as I do not have the fresh ones. Add chopped garlic as some review said. And bake them rather than fried. Turned out to be really moist and tasty. We are all honey mustard fan so I whipped my homemade honey mustard and we just crave for more. Great recipe..

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2009
Very moist...was not sure about the dough before I added the mashed banana. But it turned out so good. My 3 years old loves them. Very moist...I used an individual little cup of banana cream pie yogurt as that's what I have, and add ground cinnamon.

Best Ever Banana Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2008
The title says fot itself. The best ever. The most moist banana bread I have ever make compare to other recipes I have found. Only I add raisins and not pecan since my husband is not a nut eater. And add ground cinnamon. Definitely a keeper. Thank you.

Six Egg Pound Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2007
I follow the recipes as it is except for the Milk, I modified this recipe into a strawberry chocolate chip cake..instead of milk I used strawberry smoothie, add 1 cup of fresh strawberry cut into small pieces/chunks...and 1/2 cup chocolate chip, red food coloring to make it pink...it's so moist...definitely a keeper. It did leave a behive shape of cake on the baking sheet though...good for tester :)
