Good but not great. I was hoping this was more like what we get from our favorite take out but it wasn't. Will keep searching! :) Good try though!

Fettuccini Carbonara

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2007
LOVE IT! I sautee'd mushrooms with the onions in a touch of bacon fat instead of olive oil, omitted the shallots because I didn't have any and added steamed sweet peas at plating for color and taste. Also added chicken breasts strips browned a bit of the bacon fat. Husband who hates cream sauces LOVED it! Tasted even better the next day when everything had a chance to blend over night! Definately a keeper!

Easy Cheesy Chicken I

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2000
IT'S A HIT!! It isn't very pretty looking but the taste is FABULOUS!! We had it over egg noodles with some fresh sliced mushrooms thrown in and it was great, although I did omit the sour cream, my husband doesn't like it in ANYTHING, and added two cubes of chicken bouillon. I think this would make a great potluck dish it makes A LOT and is REALLY cheap to make :)

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2000
THE BEST POT ROAST RECIPE EVER!! We just loved it! I made it just as the recipe reads and it was fabulous!! I don't know what cut of meat the other critic used but this was not greasy at all!! Add some mashed potatoes and green beans and plain sliced white bread on the side and it is just like sunday dinner at Grandma's house!!

Great but next time I will use low sodium ham because it was WAY too salty. It was a good dish though.

We didn't like this very much. After a few bites both my husband and I ended up eating oatmeal for breakfast instead.
