We've ate at the Savoy and visited Scotland so I just had to try this particular recipe. WOW! So light and tasty, the sour cream really adds to the flavor. I used cherry flavored dried cranberries and sprinkled sugar instead of the wash. I spooned 8 of them onto my greased cookie sheet as one would chocolate chip cookie dough. This helped to give them a little more crunchiness on top. Can't wait to try them on friends!
