My family pigged out. They in no way reminded me of buffalo strips but they were still very good. The chiken was very moist. My 10 year old daughter dipped hers in bbq. My husband and I dipped ours in buffalo sauce and blue cheese. Thanks for the post!

I added jalopinos, onion and tomato to the mixture. I also added chedder cheese on top. At the table I added salsa and sour cream. The end result oh so good!!!!!

Mom's Country Gravy

This is the best gravy I have ever had. I can't stop talking about it. I am giving all my friends the recipe. I poured mine over Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken also from this website. The result was the best chicken fried chicken ever. Thanks you so much!!!!

Simple Mexican Rice

This was bland so I added mexican blend cheese and some salt and pepper. That did the trick for me. It was really good. Next time I will add some tomatoes and peppers. Oh and the cheese is a must. I might even try making a main dish with some taco seasoned ground beef in it. Thanks fo posting.

Blueberry Bread I

Green Onion Salad
