Made this tonight for the first time and my dh & I both loved it. I added about cup & a half of chopped turkey that we had leftover from Christmas, but other than that I followed it exactly (which isn't like me). I'll definitely be making this again this winter!

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Turns out perfect every time. My husband's comment was that he liked it more with each bite! I rubbed mine in Pappy's seasoning (which can be difficult to find depending on where you live). I also roast it a minute or two less per pound.

Scarlett's Best Ever Sugar Cookies

I made these using crushed candy canes instead of pecans and drizzled with peppermint icing as a previous reviewer suggested for a cookie exchange. I had enough left over to take to a small gathering a couple days later and I recieved tons of compliments and requests for the recipe both places.
