Mexican Beef Supreme

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2006
My husband and son loved this recipe. I thought it might be too "hot" for them but it wasn't at all. I topped with more cheese, enchalada sauce, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and a dallop of sour cream. My husband said is was as good as any restaurant! This will go into our monthly rotation. I might suggest Beano as a side dish! :)

Scalloped Corn and Broccoli

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2006
I am a beginner when it comes to cooking. This recipe was so easy even I couldn't mess it up. My family loved it. I only used 1 tablespoon of sugar after reading other reviews and also used a blend of shredded cheeses that I had leftover from tacos. Big hit in my house. Will have again. This would be a great dish to take to a potluck.

Vegetable Beef Soup I

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2005
My husband ate 4 bowls at one sitting! He loved it. I am just learning to cook and this was so easy and almost fail proof. I added beef broth, stewed diced tomatoes and worschester sauce to add more flavor. Also added canned pinto beans and butter beans. Will defintely have again.

Classy Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2005
First let me start with I am just learning to cook and there are times even the dog won't eat my dinner! I made this for a church function so the "pressure" was on. I followed the recipe exactly and it came out great! It was a huge hit and several women ask me what the secret ingredient I give it 5 stars. Easy and tastes great!
