Good recipe - looks bland, but looks are deceiving because it's pretty flavorful. May add one more garlic clove next time...

Excellent! Used on chicken soft tacos - fabulous and loved by everyone. Ended up being a dip w/ tortilla chips as well.

Chocolate Trifle

Reviewed: May 22, 2007
Made this twice within one week - got rave reviews at both picnics. Used Ghirardelli chocolate brownies (has 3 types of chocolate chunks in them) and sliced strawberries the first time and blueberries the second. Definitely needs some type of fruit - looks so pretty in the trifle. Also took the advice to use heavy whipping cream in the moose instead of cool whip. Excellent!!!
