Pumpkin Gingerbread
Made half with raisins and half without. I actually like the bread with the raisins best. But both were great. Used a cinnamon cream cheese spread on some slices and boy was it yummy! Used 1.5 times the seasonings. Baked at 325 as recommended by others. Made one large loaf and three minis. Nicely done frosty.

Peach Cobbler Muffins
Even my fussy family members that swore they didn't like peaches enjoyed these. The servings are for 16 muffins which is too much for a standard 12 muffin tin. We made 6 jumbo muffins and 12 minis and it was perfect. Nice flavor and moist texture. The seasonings didn't overpower the yummy peaches.

Frosted Strawberries
Thanks for bringing that up theserenesparkle! I should have mentioned that in the recipe. Don’t refrigerate- they “sweat” and lose their coatings. These are best prepared and served that day. They don’t need to be refrigerated to set and they actually have more flavor at room temp. I use a food processor to chop the peanuts but have also put them in a Ziploc bag and let my boys whack them with a rolling pin before when we needed the diversion. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
