Easy Taco Rolls

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2010
This was very good. I only substituted the minute rice with cooked brown rice and it was delicious. My family all had seconds and there was no leftover.

This recipe was absolutely delicious. I used some red wine to deglaze the pan and also to the sauce because my family loves gravy.....

Sweet Cornbread Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2010
These were just what I was looking for. I prefer cake-like cornbread rather than the traditional kind that my grandma makes. I added a 16oz bag of frozen corn to the batter. Yummy!

Zucchini and Pork Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2010
I didn't use sun-dried tomatoes because I didn't have any. My family loved it. But, I would season the pork before coating in the flour next time.

London Broil I

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2009
I was only able to marinate for 3 hours but it was still great! I added about 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar to help tenderize the meat! Excellent!

Tangy Barbecue Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2008
This sauce was very good. I would use a little less sugar next time but it still deserves 5 stars. It's quick, easy and I always have these ingredients on hand.

Crispy Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2012
This was great! Chicken stayed crispy as promised! Make sure to let it sit for a while after coating with flour. That really made a difference.

Pork Chops and Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2010
Really juicy. I added onion and chopped celery to the potatoes and about a cup of leftover shredded cheese to the sauce just before pouring over the pork chops. Everything cooked perfectly in the slow cooker on low for 3-4 hours.

Tanya's Louisiana Southern Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2007
Best fried chicken EVER! I actually dumped all the seasoning including 1/2 t. cayenne into the flour and seasoned the chicken with cajun seasoning before coating it with the flour mixture. Double coating the chicken is also important. I cooked mine in a deep frier on 350 degrees until golden brown....DELICIOUS!

Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: May 7, 2007
Absolutely Wonderful...I'm not a big fan of mustard and thought it would overpower the dish but it doesn't at all. I cut the margarine in 1/2 and had a lot of liquid left over. I'll probably omit the butter or use even less the next time I make this. Thanks....
