Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2014
Delicious, quick sauce when you want some pasta and are short on time! Didn't simmer for the entire time, but still came out great.

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2010
Delicious! Made this cake for St. Patty's Day with friends and ate the whole cake! The only change made was instead of granulated sugar I used powdered sugar and only used about 1/4 cup of Smart Balance for baking instead of butter. Cooked up to perfection and glazed the cake beautifully. Thanks for a great recipe - will definitely make again!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2010
Awesome recipe - people devoured it! The only change I made was to mix 1/2 the parmesan cheese with the cream cheese/mayo mixture, then use the other 1/2 with 1/2 cup breadcrumbs on top. Delicious!

Sunrise Squares

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2009
A wonderful recipe I've been making for years, brunch, christmas, anytime. I have used sage sausage, as well as diced ham. It is very versatile. I use onions, green and red pepper for color, and sharp cheddar cheese. I sprinkle a little garlic powder and definitely use the dry mustard. One hint to cut down oil: if using sausage, be sure to drain and rinse to remove as much oil as possible. Dish turns out great every time and everyone gobbles it up! Will make again and again!

Ground Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2009
We thought this recipe was a keeper. Took the suggestions of 'SNUGLBUGLS' (rinsing the beef after it's browned to reduce grease then browning the onions and peppers separately). Replaced the mushrooms(hubbie doesn't like) with green pepper. Increased the garlic and onion powder and added 1T worcester sauce, then decreased the mayo tp 1/4 cup and increased the sour cream to 3/4 cup. Very tasty and will definitely make again!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: May 18, 2009
My husband and I LOVED this recipe! Since we love spices we used extra, and added spinach also - which was great. Other than that we followed the recipe exactly and it was delicious! There was extra sauce but simply sealed in jars for future recipes that require sauce. Will definitely make again.

Easy Broccoli Quiche

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2008
This quiche is very flavorful, especially the next day. However, we found that it took much longer to bake, about 1 hour; may depend on the oven. It was quite runny, which may have been the cheese, but we wanted to be sure the eggs cooked through. Also added cooked, chopped ham, which was excellent.

Bella's Rosemary Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2007
These potatoes were wonderful and very flavorful, however as other have mentioned, it does take a lot more time for cooking. We have a convection oven, so suggestion would be to either use that setting if available, or 'low broil'. Will definitely make again!

Chicken Andouille Gumbo

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2007
This was a wonderful recipe! Very flavorful and delicious - my family loved it. Used frozen okra & sauteed for about 20 minutes to remove the slimy texture - added perfect thickness to gumbo. No need for file powder. Time consuming, but definitely worth the effort. We will be making this again & again.
