Honey Baked Chicken II
Excellent! For two large bone-in breasts, I used 2 TBs butter, honey, and mustard, and 1/2 tsp hot curry. Well-seasoned with s&p, I baked them covered for 1 1/4 hrs, then uncovered with the glaze for another 45 min. Fall-off-the-bone tender and very moist. Definitely a keeper.

Blueberry Cream Muffins
I made the "To Die For . . . " blueberry muffins from this site, and then I tried these. I think these are much better--much more substantial and not too sweet. Best of all, you can really taste the blueberries in these. (In the To Die For recipe, the dominant tastes are cinnamon and sugar.) Other than halving the recipe, I made these as written, no deviations.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
I think this makes too much crumb topping. I used it all for 12 regular muffins, and I found them to be too sweet. Without the topping, the muffins were delicious. The oil/egg/milk directions are a little confusing--adding enough milk to the oil & egg takes more than 1/3 c. Batter was a little tight with only 1/3 c. milk.
