About this Cook
Mom - 2 kids. My mom taught me the basics of cooking but I didn't have kids until I was 31. I didn't start cooking at home until my first turned 2 and all the things I was taught to cook were things I don't eat today. I can't plan more than one or two meals and am always looking for the easy way out. I work full time and my husband works 12 hours shifts so it's all about healthy but easy.
My favorite things to cook
Anything that my kids will eat - which isn't much.
My cooking triumphs
Around the holidays, I always try something. I love divinity and tried that. It tasted good and looked right but wasn't quite as light and fluffy as it should have been. Still - I was impressed with myself.
My cooking tragedies
1000 characters just isn't enough....

Fabulous recipe. As always, with divinity, check with weather, and you can't overblend.

Baked Potato Soup V
Not bad - but be sure not to use too much potato. I used the correct number, but they were large potatoes so my soup was too thick. There was something missing in the flavor, but I don't know what.
