Awesome Spicy Beef Kabobs OR Haitian Voodoo Sticks

Verrrry spicy. Next time I'd cut back on the cayenne and black pepper, but that's just personal taste. Served with sour cream to take a little of the heat off. Very easy recipe that I'll make again.

Asian Beef with Snow Peas

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

I used other's suggestions and increased the seasoning to 2 pkgs and used low-salt beef broth for the water. After I shredded the beef, I continued cooking on low for a while. It was even better the next day. Will make this again.

Easy Toffee Bars

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

Doubled the recipe using chopped onion instead of onion powder. Omitted salt. Thought it was a little sweet so would probably decrease the brown sugar. But an easy, tasty sloppy joe. Will make again.

Spicy Grilled Chicken

Chicken turned out great! Juicy and tasty. We did add extra cayenne pepper 'cuz we like a little kick and marinated a couple of hours. Flattened the chicken breasts a little so they'd cook more evenly, seared each side for five minutes and finished by cooking on med low. So easy!

We loved it at our house! Only thing I did differently was to add 1/3 cup of chicken broth to deglaze the pan and keep the chicken moist.

Barbecued Beef

I made this as per the recipe, EXCEPT that I cooked the roast for a few hours without the sauce so that I could eliminate the fat. That part worked great. I thought the sauce was a little to sweet, though, so will decrease the brown sugar next time. Maybe Heinz ketchup is sweet enough on its own?

Spicy Oven Fried Chicken

My family liked it. I only marinated for 1/2 hours and I skipped frying it in olive oil. Instead, I sprayed it with butter-flavored Pam and baked it on a rack as suggested by others. Will make again. In fact, son has requested recipe to give to his girlfriend

Best Bread Machine Bread

Excellent recipe. Makes a nice, light loaf. I did use 1 1/2 tsp salt as recommended by others and I had to add several tablespoons of flour to get the right consistency in my bread machine. My new go-to bread recipe.
