Curried Carrot Soup
really bland. Not the same type of curried soup I was expecting. I added fresh ground ginger and still not that great. Still searching for the right curried carrot soup.

Coq Au Vin, My Way
This recipe was fabulous. It is a lot of work, but well worth it. The family loved it!
