Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: May 7, 2010
I thought they were great! I did add 1/2 tsp more of baking soda to help them puff up but other than that I left them unchanged. I will definitely make these again.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake III

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2009
I substituted 1/2 cup applesauce and 1/2 cup oil rather than a whole 1 1/2 cups of oil, as well as chocolate chips for walnuts and it turned out great! Cooked it in a bundt pan for 50 minutes.

Cake Mix Cookies VIII

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2009
My family and I absolutely loved this recipe! I added 2Tbsp of vegetable oil like others suggested and they turned out super moist and chewy, but not undone. I'm looking forward to playing around with different cake mixes in the future :)

This recipe was great! I agree it needs some more garlic or something but as is it is definitely a keeper. I will make this again for sure.

These cookies are so good. I substituted new mint crispy M&Ms for the chocolate chips and they are awesome! Will definitely make this recipe again.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2008
I LOVE this recipe...and so does my family. I use the other chocolate sauce recipe someone suggested earlier but I have used chocolate frosting when I've been pinched for time and it works great.

No Bake Cookies III

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2007
These cookies are AWESOME! I had a late night craving for something chocolatey and these were perfect. If you don't have any wax paper use aluminum foil it works just as well.

Fruit Dip II

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2007
It was really good. I took it for a birthday party and it was almost all gone by the time we left. Didn't bother me any though...my husband finished it on the ride home in the car. :)

Raspberry Streusel Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2007
These muffins were AWESOME! I made them when I had leftover raspberries and no idea what to do with them. My husband took half of them to the fire department and the guys ate them up.

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

They were really good. I made them for my son's baptism celebration. They were all gone when it was over so they definitely went over well.

Chocolate Mint Milkshake

This was so delicious. If you want to add an adult twist add a tbsp of creme de menthe. It was great!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2007
I used creamy honey roasted peanut butter as well as followed the advice of others and used 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar, plus a little vanilla. They turned out AWESOME! I will definitely make them again.

Lisa's Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2007
I'll admit this recipe is good..but it definitely has some areas that need to be worked out. The amount of milk used has to be doubled..I used 2 cups and that worked really well. I also doubled the butter to a 1/2 cup instead of 1/4.
