The Old Boy's Strawberry Pie

Reviewed: May 26, 2012
Found this recipe last spring, and it has become a favorite. Did not change a thing (except I use Pillsbury pie crust when I don't have time to make crust). A beautiful, simple, delicous pie.

Buffalo Chicken Burgers with Blue Cheese Dressing

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2010
Great recipe! Added more hot sauce and cooked them inside on a grill pan because I was worried they would fall apart on our gas grill (and it was 102 degrees outside). Just delicious!

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2010
Easy, great tasting mac and cheese for those who like it mild. Made it exactly as directed, except used buttered, toasted panko breadcrumbs for the top. Made it for a 4th of July party along with a spicy version for the adults. Both the kids and adults loved it. Mac and cheese is one of my favorite food groups(yes it absolutely is a food group!) and I must have 20 different recipes that I go to. This is a terrific, easy, creamy version that is perfect for pot lucks and buffets, doesn't dry out and tastes like comfort food at it's best. Nothing fancy, just yummy.

Absolutely delicious. I used Hellman's light mayo, and added some fresh basil.

Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2009
Very Good, and super easy. Would definitely follow others suggestions and make them in individual souffle dishes for a nicer presentation. If making in a cupcake pan, you must use liners, otherwise they are VERY difficult to remove without breaking apart, even if you use nonstick, and grease the pan they fall in on themselves due to the soft center.
