Stuffed Green Peppers II

So good!!! Very tasty. I precooked my rice and added it in with the gr. beef and tomatoes & sauce. Baked quickly and added the cheese the last few minutes also sprinkled a little Romano on top too:)

Chipotle Blue Cheese Dip

This is so tasty, I added cream cheese for a thicker consistency. Everyone loved it and if you live in the North West, use Litehouse Blue Cheese for the best taste:) Warning, this does warm up! Enjoy!
