This was very easy and delicious. However, I did find it way sweeter than necessary. I reduced the sugar by a little bit because it sounded like so much, but it was still too sweet for my taste. Will make it again, but reduce the sugar.

Fast and Easy Ricotta Cheese Pizza with Mushrooms, Broccoli, and Chicken

This was easy and very good. I grilled the chicken breast, which made it even better. Also, I used fresh garlic instead of powder, and added some fresh herbs. I will definately make this again. Thanks!

Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cake II

I think it may be a better idea to add the eggs after the hot wet ingredients are added to the dry ingredients because heating the eggs caused them to cook a little.

Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding

I ended up starting with half cup 1/2&1/2, and half cup milk. I ended up adding more and more milk as it cooked. Also added some nutmeg and cinnamon, and ended up with a great tasting pudding.
