Southwestern Fried Rice

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2011
Easy, fast and really tasty! I substituted the frozen corn w/canned because thats what I had. Turned out great. Even my husband liked it, and he is picky when it comes to all in one type meals. =)

Kae's Turkey Pot Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2010
This pot pie was my first attempt at homemade and it turned out great! I had a boxed crust mix that needed to be used up, so I used that instead of making my own and it turned out just fine. I also used thawed frozen mixed veggies instead of canned. This had tons of flavor, not too salty. It was perfect! Thanks for sharing! =)

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2010
This was wonderful! Only thing I did different was cook the cubed raw chicken breast with the sauteed onion and garlic, and added a little tiny bit of sugar. Very very good. Thank you!=)

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2009
I really liked this recipe. I eyeballed the dry ingredients and it turned out pretty good, not too peppery. My hubby did not care for it because of the amount of lemon in it. I think next time I will use less lemon juice, just for his taste, but I really liked it! Thanks!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: May 21, 2009
This was really good! Both me and my husband liked it. I did as others suggested and sprinkled the fish with Old Bay before broiling. I did substitute the mayonaise with sour cream, and substituted the onion powder with 1 finely minced green onion. I also substituted the celery salt with celery seed since that is what I had on hand. I added a shake each of garlic powder, paprika and tabasco sauce. Also sprinkled with bread crumbs after adding the cheese mixture prior to the final broil. This tilapia turned out very good! Thank you! =)

Pie Crust V

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2005
This was a great crust-I only have made a few and this was the best tasting. I think next time I will only bake for 10-15 minutes before filling it though because the outer edges of the crust got really dark, but that could have been because of the apple pie recipe I had. Good recipe ;)
