Creamy Cheesecake
This cheesecake was good. Very simple to make but I wish I would have read others reviews before I made it! Not as creamy and smooth as I would have liked, I should have beaten it for 10-15 mins like others suggested. I followed the recipe exactly- and it was not too sweet or overpowering with lemon flavor. Still not exactly what I am looking for, I am trying to find a recipe similar to the cheesecake they serve in Greece....SO creamy and light, it is fabulous, but I will continue my search!

Banana Banana Bread
Did I miss something??? This recipe was not good at all! It was dense, dry and extremely bland, even after I added chocolate chips to the remaining batter in the bowl (I made mini-muffins, because so many other reveiws stated that the bread burned on the edges and was raw in the center) I saw the 4 stars and thought this recipe would live up to the rating but after I made it I looked at the other low ratings and everyone had the same review as me - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RECIPE!

Chocolate Cupcakes
This was the first time I have made a cake from scratch rather then the traditional boxed cake mix. I don't particularly care for cake and frosting, its usually just too sweet for me. I followed the recipe exactly, but I made one small addition….I added about three “pie filling” cherries to the center of each cupcake then covered with batter. I was hoping they would be similar to a Black Forest cake. The flavor was more like a dark chocolate then a sweet chocolate, which is great, but the texture was very dry for me as well. Not sure why this happened. I am definitely going to make again and decrease the cooking time maybe…? Lastly, does anyone have any suggestions for a “not too sweet” topping for these cupcakes? THANKS
