Pepperoncini Beef
Fantastic easy recipe. I cut slits in the (4pnds)beef, put in the garlic, dumped a 14 oz jar of sliced peppercinnis on top along with a cup of beef broth. Covered and put on high for six hours. AWESOME! We put on toasted rolls with more peppercinnis, provolone and spicy mustard. My boys ate and ate and ate.
