Butter Flaky Pie Crust

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2006
I liked the flavor and the texture. It was a little hard to work with, even though I chilled overnight, but it cooked great with pumpkin pie.

Not the best. I chopped up the vegetables fine. But not sweet at all and I have had better.

I think these are wonderful! I substitute whole wheat flour for half of the flour and they turn out wonderfully. My kids love them!

Pizza Dough II

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2006
I thought this worked very well. I did have to add more flour; I used 1 1/2 c of whole wheat flour and it tasted good. I also added a 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and 1 TBSP italian seasoning. I cooked for 5 minutes prior to topping. My family raved.

BBQ Chicken Pizza II

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2006
This was so incredibly easy and tasty! I sauted the chicken and onions briefly in oil and then cooked it in the bbq sauce. I spread a thin layer of bbq sauce over the crust and then the chicken combo. Oh, I left out the peppers. Really easy and tasty!

This really does make a tasty dish! The meat has to be good quality though. I have made this several times and my family loves it.

The Best Double Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2005
My family loves this twist on a classic favorite. I make these all the time. I do add 1/2 tsp salt and hope that adds some lift. Very good!

Pie Crust V

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2005
Definitely easy to make and rolls out well. I've never used a half an egg, but after stirring I just removed half of the egg. This isn't as flaky as your typical pastry crust and it definitely is like a cookie. Tastes great and I will make again for the ease.
