Southern as You Can Get Collard Greens

These were great! I used smoked turky necks, since I don't eat pork. I also used 1/2 broth and 1/2 water. They were flavored well. I fixed some cornbread and ate them with it....SO GOOD!

Apple Curry Turkey Pita

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

followed the recipe exactly, except I took the suggestions of pouring 1/2 the glaze into the pan and replacing the cake. then glazed with a brush and let it sit for about an hour before I flipped it onto the plate. I've made it 4 times and there's never any left. One time I didn't have Irish Cream so I used E & J Cask and Cream Caramel Temptation and that went over very well! ENJOY!

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken

I love this! I modified the recipe a little: I used 4 cloves of garlic (because I love it), and 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts-sliced in half. It was GREAT! Nice flavor and very EASY~!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

This pie is great. I've made it 4x in 3 weeks because it has been requested so much since the first time I made it. I followed the reviews of others by doubling both of the sugars to one full cup each, adding vanilla to the mixture and adding cinnamon as well. Once the mixture simmered, I turned it to the lowest setting and put in SIX SMALL golden delicious apples (8 is too many). I covered them and turned the stove off. I poured that mixture into my 9-inch deep dish pan and completed it with the lattice. I did not glaze the crust. I shook some cinnamon sugar on top before putting it in the oven. This pie is sweet, tender, and delicious every time. I would definitely recommend this to any first time apple pie maker.
