Stuffed Jalapenos III
I've made these quite a few times and find the recipie as is to be very good. however, looking at other reviews and with a little of my own doctoring I've found how to make them perfect. I used pineapple cream cheese and sprinkled a little brown sugar on top before wrapping the bacon. It sounds wierd but it was a perfect marriage of sweet and spicy. If you can not find pineapple cream cheese at the store you can make your own by blending together canned pineapple tidbits and a little juice with a regular 8 oz block of cream cheese.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
I used a 5 lb pork butt and cooked on low for 8 hours. I shredded and pulled out the chunks of fat. I made a BBQ sauce from a recipe on this site called "Big Al's KC Bar-B-Que Sauce" It was awesome. That sauce has some awesome flavor. For recipies like this you have to have a great sauce. No store bought kind will do it justice. Thanks for such a simple yummy recipe!

Quick and Easy Brownies
Wonderful. I used 1 1/4 cup of flour. I did need to bake it for about 32 minutes but they were chewy on the inside and cake like on the out side. They took about 5 minutes to throw together too so that's definitely a plus.
