Red Pepper Soup

What a delicious soup! I made it exactly as the recipe says and I wouldn't change a thing! :) But I didn't get 4 servings....it was more like 3. So next time, I will double it for leftovers! And try it with cornbread...YUM!

Pasta Pomodoro

This is one of my family's favorite recipe. It is easy and simple and DELICIOUS! Sometimes I add shredded chicken and sometimes I leave as is. Most of the time I double this recipe because if I don't, we don't have leftovers for the next day's lunch.....and we all love it for lunch the next day.

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Absolutely delicious!! My husband has a horrible cold and he asked for chicken soup. I didn't have a recipe that i loved and I have found one! Thank you for this delicious and EASY soup! :)

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

These are really good. I had decreased the butter to 3/4 cup because of other reviewers suggestions BUT I thought the top was too crumbly. So next time I will make it with the suggested 1 cup butter. Has a great taste though!!

This was delicious!!! The only change I made was I used fresh mushroom because that's what I had. This recipe is a keeper and my family devoured it!! Even my picky 2yr old!!

Easy Chicken Enchiladas

These were delicious! My family ate them up! The only changes I made was I didn't use the whole amount of cream cheese.....probably used about 5 ozs. Will make again....thank you!

These cookies are good. I thought they were a little too sugary.....I definitely miss the flour! Don't get me wrong, we ate all of them but next time, I will use a more traditional recipe....with flour.
