Red Pepper Soup
What a delicious soup! I made it exactly as the recipe says and I wouldn't change a thing! :) But I didn't get 4 servings....it was more like 3. So next time, I will double it for leftovers! And try it with cornbread...YUM!

Cauliflower-Cheese Soup
Fabulous! I don't change anything with this recipe and it's so yummy. Try it with homemade cornbread.

Pasta Pomodoro
This is one of my family's favorite recipe. It is easy and simple and DELICIOUS! Sometimes I add shredded chicken and sometimes I leave as is. Most of the time I double this recipe because if I don't, we don't have leftovers for the next day's lunch.....and we all love it for lunch the next day.
