Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
WoW!! All the reviews already say how excellent this pizza crust is...but WOW. I don't have a pizza stone since this is my first time making pizza but I used round cake pans lightly greased and dusted with flour, to make four individual pizzas. They turned out wonderful. I didn't have any problem with the flour. If you knead the dough it adds that additional flour without making the dough too tough. I also let the dough rise a couple hours extra. MMM...THANKS for the recipe.

Best Lemonade Ever
I will not be looking for another recipe. This was amazingly tasty. ;) It reminded me of childhood. I did not need to make any changes but I did put the lemon juice in the freezer along side the syrup and water to get extra cold. I also added the rinds after squeezing to the 7 cups of water just to get the last bit of juice out. (I juiced by hand) I can't believe how great this is. Thanks

Russian Tea Cakes I
These cookies are wonderful. I went searching this year for the 'snowball' cookies my mom made when I was a child. I made a couple of changes and they were PERFECT. My family members told me they were BETTER than my mom's. I don't have a chopper so I used a bowl and cup to make the walnuts very fine, and added a tablespoon more sugar. (almost 1/2 cup) I also warmed up the butter in the microwave to make sure it was a little warm, and rolled the cookies in sugar twice. I rolled once straight out of the oven and another time well after they were cool. They turned out amazing. Thanks for the recipe!
