Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints
Love this cookie. Pretty and actually very easy. I did add about 1/4 more flour and I used a rounded measuring teaspoon to scoop out the same amount each time. I rolled half into little balls and stuck them in the fridge while I rolled the second half of the dough. Once done rolling the first 1/2 of little balls were nice and chilled. I placed them on parchment to bake and since I didn't have a handy chapstick I used the bottom of one of my daughter's markers to make the indention.Came out perfect and yummy.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Dessert
Made it for Cinco de Mayo work potluck. Was a huge hit with everyone and several people wanted the recipe. A coworker got the recipe and made a double batch for a party at her home and it was a huge hit there and completely demolished. She kept to original recipe and I added more cream cheese following others comments. Either way it was excellent. You can't go wrong with this one.

Chef John's Deviled Eggs
We LOVE this recipe. While it's extra work I recommend going the extra mile and candy the jalapenos. It is soooo worth it. (And I don't even care for jalapenos!) In fact I've become an avid follower of the chef because of it. We bought and tasted Sriracha for the first time for this recipe and it is now a permanent staple in the pantry.
