Zucchini Bread
I'm enjoying a warm piece of this delicious bread now! I used this recipe as a starting point, and made some adjustments, 1/2 cup oil, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract. Left out cinnamon and chocolate chips. It turned out really moist and flavorful! Lemon and zucchini are a great compliment to each other, who knew?

I love these cookies! This is my first time baking them and I loved them just as the recipe is. I just love the spiciness of dough and they are so easy to just pop into your mouth. I'll definitely keep these in my regular repertoire.

Easy Swedish Apple Pie
I was looking for a recipe for an apple dessert and was leaning towards apple pie, but didn't want the hassle of making the crust. This was the perfect solution. The longest part is peeling the apples, but after that it was super simple. I shorted the butter by a 1/4 cup and it made the topping a bit crumblier/crisper, but I loved every bite. The butter melt down into the layers of apples and it's pure deliciousness. I will definitely save this and make it again!
