I am making this "again" for a church soup dinner. (Last time they licked the pot clean.) The first time I made this a couple years ago during a horrible ice storm. I made this for my vegetarian daughter and my regular chili for the rest of the gang. Once the family had this wonderful vegetarian chili they refused, yes refused to eat the meat variety. (My husband even questioned whether it really was vegetarian.) I love how quick and easy it is to make and it is so low in fat with the soy crumbles. Thank you for the great recipe...it's a keeper out our house.
