Thanksgiving and Christmas, got to spend the time cooking with my grandmother all day. Was my favorite time and she taught me everything.

When I graduated Chef school, and got my first Chef job.

The day I had a big party and the dessert was strawberry shortcake and one of my helpers put salt instead of sugar on 30 pounds of strawberries.
