Black Russian Cake I

This is a great cake, that I have made several times. Everyone loves it. The coffee liquor sure does add the flavor.

If I could I would give this pie ten stars. I have never baked strawberry pies before. The topping made the difference. I added sugar sprinkles to it just before baking was complete. From now on I will use this kind of topping on all of my fruit pies. At this moment I have a nectarine pie in the oven. It is looking like a master piece.

Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

I have used a similar recipe for years. I use both hot and sweet sausages, and do them on the grill. I take a piece of tinfoil and roll the edges up and do the peppers on the grill also, then right at the end I add the sausages after they have been browned. Yummy! Every body has has some loved it.

Fabulous Orange Cake

A great cake. I have made it several times and carried it to work. Folks just love it. Very moist. I did substitute orange juice for the water which worked just fine. Yummy!

Strawberry Chocolate Mousse Cake

I have made this recipe on several occasions. It is very easy to make. I have also made a white chocolate variation. However you need to add some gelation to get the chocolate to set.

Kiwi Pineapple Cheesecake

I have now made this cheesecake three times. People at work raved about it and gobbled it up in no time. I am making another one right now. I substituted a tablespoon of orange marmalade and 1/4 teaspoon of orange extract for the orange zest and the results were the same, and easier to apply.

Orange Chocolate Cheesecake

Wow! I just made this and it turned out perfect. It looked like a masterpiece and the flavor was unreal! I remember licking the spoon after I applied the glaze. Wow, what a titilating experience. I will surely make this cake many more times. Just made this again for a retiring friend. She took it home to share with family and they all agreed it was the best cheesecake ever. I am making another right now for my wife to take to work. I am sure that it will be a big hit. Ummm good. 10 stars for this one.

Double Layer Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

Excellent. I have made this pie three times. The folks at work lined up at the door and gobbled it down. I substitued small Reese Cups in leu of cutting the larger ones. Yummy!

Amazing Coconut Pie

I just made this pie for the first time. Excellent! Very easy to make and quite tasty. It makes its own crust which is a plus indeed. The next time I am going to add about a 1/2 cup of crushed pineapple.

German Chocolate Pie

I am baking this pie again. I always take my pies to work where they are a crowd pleaser. If you like chocolate, you will love this pie. My last time around I substituted white chocolate. My friends at work raved about it.

Tasty Spaghetti Sauce

I just made this sauce for the first time. It is excellent. I followed the recipe to the letter, however was somewhat short on onion. The first person who rated this must have done something wrong as I have had no complaints what so ever.
