Cranberry Coleslaw

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2013
I cut back on the onion, used dried cranberries, and added some chopped walnuts. My family and guests loved it!

Grilled Chicken Adobo

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2013
I have had adobo chicken before, first time making it; I think it needed more vinegar, less honey

Amy's Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2013
Delicious, the crushed red pepper adds a bit of zest; I added a little more than the recipe called for...great with cheddar cheese on top!

Italian Wedding Cookies III

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2013
Like BERDISA, I needed to bake these cookies about 30 minutes, and they were still crumbly. Good taste, but they also flattened out while baking. So I could not roll them in sugar even if I wanted to.

Pineapple Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2008
Followed recipe exactly, but there was too much liquid. Also, my chicken came out VERY dry. Would recommend placing in the oven and covering with foil, perhaps that would help.

Cheese Puffs (Gougeres)

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2008
I doubled the recipe, following the recipe exactly, but did not use leftover egg yolk for puff tops. Dropping dough by teaspoons made the "puffs" flat. Next batch I used a ziploc bag, snipped the corner, and piped the dough out in small drops; baked one sheet at a time. This was successful, but it did take a long time. I liked them, but my daughter's class thought they were a bit spicy.

Beef Wellington

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2008
I used this for leftover beef tenderloin. Used liverwurst with no butter, instead of liver pate and butter. Did not make wine/beef broth mixture. Turned out tasty and delicious!

I made it using chicken breasts and walnuts. Additionally, I coated the chicken in a little flour before browning. Delicious!

Very easy to make, great taste. I make it without the green peppers.
