Grilled Chicken Burgers

A very excellent Chicken sandwich! I read that people has issues with the mixture being too loose and the need to add more bread crumbs. I decided to leave out the tomato as I felt it would add to much moisture. The half cup bread crumbs is perfect. I added a slice of tomato on top of the patty after cooking. Very Very good!

Slow Cooker Thai Peanut Pork

This was excellent! I sliced up a pork roast and layered it over the red peppers. I also added some water to the crock pot to bring the braising liquid up a bit. The cooking time was off as my dish cooked on low in six hours! I will make this dish again and again!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Holy mother of god was this good! I used 6ozs of cream cheese and half a bottle of Hooters wing sauce and a cup of Lite House blue cheese dressing...the best out there! Even those who don't like spicy said it was good.

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce

This was excellent. I ran the peppers thru the food processor to make it more sauce like in consistency. A nice change to a tomato red sauce. Thank you.

Simple Garlic and Basil Pesto

This was soooo GOOD! I had been using jar sauce and always had less than satisfying results. I made this pesto and added it to some ricotta cheese, mozzarella, parm, salt and pepper and used it in home made ravioli. WOW, awesome! Thanks.

Marinated Ranch Broiled Chicken

WOW, thanks for this recipe! I made this as written but decided to cut the chicken into chunks and grill them as shish kabobs. I cut up an onion and a red and green pepper, tossed them with a little olive oil and McCormick’s chicken seasoning. Made kabobs by alternating veggies and chicken and grilled them up. Served them up with Uncle Bens wild rice for a dinner everyone loved! I will be making this a lot! Thanks!

Slider-Style Mini Burgers

Fan-Tastic! I added Montreal steak seasoning to the beef. Placed burgers in a baking dish and covered with foil! Do brush the tops with the butter/onion flake/mustard sauce as someone had posted. Very good!!
