These taste good, but they did not turn out the way I was expecting them to. I mixed the batter in a bowl and added the water as I as mixing, since the batter was too thick to put into a pan without it. Big mistake - the cupcakes turned out sunken in, stuck to the paper cups, with the chocolate chips at the bottom. They were also extremely oily on the bottom. I may try making these again, but will do everything in one pan as per the instructions.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

These were delicious! Added 1/4 tsp of salt instead of 1 tsp, and it turned out perfect.

Best Brownies

Just made these brownies. They were very cakey, and not very tasty. I thought the icing might add to the taste, but it didn't.

Vegan Bean Taco Filling

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I wasn't impressed the first time I made these cookies, but after a few batches, I've come to like them quite a bit. I prefer making the recipe with instant chocolate pudding, though.

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

When I first tried these, I didn't like them. However, after letting them sit for a day or so, I liked them more. I would make these cookies again. However, if you want a strong peanut butter flavour, I would add more to the recipe, because I can hardly taste the peanut butter.
