Feta and Sun-Dried Tomato Stuffed Chicken

Excellent! Easy to make and my 6 year old evev loved it. I didn't roll it up, just piled the fixing on top, laid red pepper strip over it and put it in the oven. It was so good. Will make again!

I made this exactly as stated, except i sprayed the pan. It was still pretty difficult to get out but I tell you, no one cared. No one cared that it wasn't a perfect square that came out (and most had whip cream on it anyway) but just raved about it the whole time. My cousin came up to me and said "I'm known as the Picky Eater. And believe me, I'm picky. This - 2 thumbs up." I knew it was a winner then and when everyone went back for seconds. As for me, I loved it, everyone was delighted by the crust. :) And it is so easy to make!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I loved it! My 4 yo ate it like crazy. I followed the directions but got scared that the soup didn't cover much so i threw in a can of chicken broth. It was awesome!

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

California Grilled Veggie Sandwich

This sandwhich was awesome! I made it according to directions and my hubby loved it. Added some avacado but that was the only change I made. Def. will make again.

Easy Mashed Potato and Roasted Vegetable Enchiladas

My whole family loved this dish, including a very picky 4 year old boy who scarfed it down. Ok, ketchup was used to help. I followed the directions except used flour tortillas and didn't do the warming them in the pan thing and they still came out awesome. Were even better the next day as leftovers! Will make again for sure!

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

This broccoli Salad was off the hook! I made it for my son's birthday party and even HE liked it. And he's 3 and hates broccoli. I put white golden raisins in it and everyone raved. It was sooo good I am making it again this weekend for myself!

Guacamole

This was great! I made it for a party of 20 people andeven the kids ate it. I made another dish without the cilantro and jalapeno for the wimps and it was still great! A no-brianer.

Poppy Seed Chicken II

I kind of cringed at the calories and fat content but thought you know what a splurge once in awhile is no big deal. I made this dish and my husband and 16 monht old could not get enough of it. It is definately a keeper.
