About this Cook
i have been cooking for about 6 years now, but have been getting more confident since using all recipes website! from pot pies to pizzas i love it!
My favorite things to cook
i love baking cookies and cakes for my husband and girls. also trying new things for dinner, we all love mexican food.
My favorite family cooking traditions
my mum never really showed me how to cook and did not like cooking herself! so i have no traditions as such.
My cooking triumphs
best chocolate cake from this site with mocha icing. when i was putting all the ingredients in the bowl i thought this is never going to work, the amount of batter was huge! i put it in the oven and 30 mins later we had a wonderful chocolate cake and with the icing it was even better! i make this once a month as it is very fattening and it lasts us about 2 weeks!
My cooking tragedies
american lasagne from this site. i have never tasted anything so salty, i immediatly threw it in the bin!

Snickerdoodles I
i made these with my daughter in the summer holidays, they are the best cookie i have made for ages. i used butter and took them out of the oven at just ten minutes and they were perfect, spongy, sweet and slightly crisp on top. yummy!
