Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

It is sooo good, but you can't eat much its sooooo sweet and rich. I served it with waffle style pretzles, and some kind of nutty crackers. It was nice to have the salty with the super sweet. I might try it again and cut some of the sugar.

I love how simple this is to whip together for a party! It is the perfect complement to strawberries! Everyone I've made this for loves it and cannot believe how easy it is to make. Thanks for sharing!

Sausage Balls

I added about 1/2 c. milk to make them not so dry. This recipe also appears in a Bisquick "cookbook" I had from my not so good of a cook days. I checked it and saw that's where I had the idea they needed milk. I think they would be entirely too dry without that. I also add a little parmesan cheese, about 1/4 cup. I have also made these with several other types of shredded cheeses. They all turn out pretty good. Another suggestion, I saw a reviewer who noted they sausage needed to be browned prior to mixing! DO NOT BROWN MEAT! The internal temperature after cooking is about 210 degrees F. Which is well over the recommended cooking temp for sausage. Hope this helps!

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

My mom and I actually found this recipe on a bag of flour about 15 or so years ago. Our whole family loves it and has become a traditional Christmas cookie for us. This recipe seems to be exactly the same as mine, thank goodness! The last time I moved I lost my copy. Thanks for submitting Joan!!! I can continue on the tradition for my own family now! I hope everyone enjoys this recipe, I know my husband will be thrilled!
