Curried Chicken

The receipe as is is just 3 stars. I have to change some of the ingrediants. Use Coconut milk in place of the half and half.

Crescent Pizza Pockets

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2010
I gave this 5 stars because the taste was very good. However I had a hard time making the Crescents into squares. I think next time I will just roll all the dough out and then cut them into squares.....; I used fresh pepperoni's slices and mozzarella fresh from the deli and also used roasted peppers and broccoli. Tasted wonderfully!

Three Bean Slow Burn Chili

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2009
I had a taste for some chili. I made this chili last night it was excellent. I started out making the soup in the crock pot but had to transfer to a large pot. This receipe as it states makes a huge portion. The only thing I did different was I used only 3 habaneros because I am fimiliar with the pepper and I did not want it to be so hot I could not eat it. I alos used a pack of chili seasoning instead of taco. After reading the reviews about the salt content I decided to only use a half a pack of chili seasoning. This receipe turned out awsome. I loved it. As some of the reviewers say it is a bit salty so be mindful of that when preparing.

Crumb-Coated Chicken Thighs

Reviewed: May 19, 2008
I made this receipe last evening and was impressed with the blend of flavor. However following the receipe there was not enough coating for the chicken. I will make this again but maybe add more bread crumps and uping the spices to accomadate so that I can coat the whole chicken. I was also thinking of dipping the chicken in egg or dressing so the coating will go on evenly. I will also try it with chicken wings or breast.

Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2008
This recipe had a good flavor but it was missing something. I needed a kick. In reading the reviews I noticed that some people threw in some ginger and a little sweetness. Maybe that is what I should have done. I will give this 3 stars because I would make this again but I would have to add something to it. I love the garlic, onion flavor mixed with the soy sauce but something is missing for my taste. Also, you may want to use dark meat because the breast will dry out. I just used a whole chicken. I did not cut it up and it still came out very good with meat falling off of the bone. I may make this again one day but no time soon.

Famous Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2008
Overall this receipe was good. I used Rits crackers and used virgin olive oil in the place of the butter however I believe that if I would have slow cooked this over the stove covered it would have being a little more moist and easyer to cut through.

Wonderful Chicken Curry Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2008
I made this Chicken Curry Salad last night and used exactly what the recipe states except I used a half of cup of Mayo. I don't like a lot of Mayo in my salads. This is diffidently gourmet. It has a island favor to it but the next time I will add a little kick. Maybe Cayenne pepper or something but overall it was good. It will also work wonderful in a wrap.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2008
This receipe was excellent. The meat was very tender. I have always had a problem getting my roast to cook like this in the oven. This diffenently makes it alot easier. I used mushroom onion soup by liptons instead of just onion. It came out perfect. I will cook my roast this way every time I decide to cook a roast. love it!

Simply Lasagna

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2007
I made this recipe for my family one Friday evening. I think it was easy and did not take up much time to prepare. The taste was great. After reading the reviews I decided to add extra sauce and sprinkled a little extra cheese on my layers. I also added some sharp cheddar cheese sprinkled to my layers and the top. I am a sauce and cheese person so it came out beautifully. I wasn't too sure about not boiling the noodles but I just made sure the sauce was enough to cook the noodles. This was a wonderful recipe I recommend it for all Lasagna beginners.

Tuna Noodle Casserole III

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2005
Awesome recipe! My Fiancé wanted a tuna Casserole for his birthday dinner. I thought to myself "why does he have to be so difficult". I found this website and followed the recipe using Velveeta cheese, added sour cream and milk as one of the reviews suggested. This made it very creamy and gave it an extra flavor. I also used bread crumbs and parmesan cheese for the topping. Great recipe and easy too
