Tried the meat, too salty!! Not very authentic either !

My husband LOVED it. I am a little harder on myself. It defiantly had a beautiful presentation. My husband was so excited about how it looked he took a picture. My stuffing came out dry and didn't stick together. It tasted very good, perhaps I got rid of too much liquid from the spinach making it too dry. I will defiantly try to perfect this recipe and try it again

Honeyed Pork Chops

We thought it was great. Something different and will defiantly make it again. I made some little changes ...I added the juice from a fresh mandarin and twice the amount of honey to the sauce. Marinated the meat in the sauce for 1 1/2 hours. Put garlic powder on the chops before frying. I baked 3 chops for a little over a hour. My Husband said 5 stars for sure. It was not too sweet just a nice flavorful combination.
