Easy Sausage Stuffing

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2012
I made this for Thanksgiving. I didn't change the recipe. It was very easy, and delicious. My husband said it was the best stuffing he's ever eaten.

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2011
This cake is extremely rich and chocolatey. It's also very dense and moist. The only variation I did was using one cup of chips instead of two. It's probably a 5 star cake, but it was a little too chocolate for my taste. My hubby loved it, and I will probably make it again for an office or private party. Chocolate lovers will definitely enjoy this cake.

Amazing Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2011
This was easy to make and turned out moist and delicious. I did as some others suggested and added spices and parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs. Next time I'll add a little cayenne to the mayo to spice it up.

Dump Cake V

This was easy and delicious! My husband and I both loved it. I did as one reviewer suggested and added the coconut and nuts prior to topping with the cake mix and butter. Will definitely make again.

Savory Pork Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2010
This roast was easy to fix and turned out moist and delicious. I did follow another's suggestion and added the spices and garlic to olive oil, then slathered the mixture over the roast. I will definitely serve again.

Sandy's Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2010
I make this about once a month because it's so easy. The last time I went to make it I didn't have enough milk so I added 1 cup of sour cream and 1/2 cup of water. It came out creamier with a little bit of tang from the sour cream. I also sprinkle the top with more shredded cheese to make sure any macaroni sticking up gets covered and cooks.

Southern Praline Pecan Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2010
This cake is easy to make. It's moist and delicious. My husband is not a cake eater, but loves this one. Every time I take it to an office party, there are no leftovers. The only thing I add is a little cream cheese frosting.

Hamburger Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2009
My husband and I both enjoyed this recipe. I didn't have the stewed tomatoes on hand, so I substituted Rotelle, tomatoes and green chiles, which added a little heat. Will have this again.

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2006
This recipe was easy, moist, and absolutely yummy. Peeling the apples took the longest; and waiting for it to bake, of course. I used Granny Smith apples because they are on the tart side, and with all the sugar, it doesn't come out too sweet. I took it to the office for Thanksgiving and it disappeared. This is definately a keeper in my book.

Cheesy Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2005
The first time I made this I didn't have the onions or the bacon. It was very bland. The next time I made it, I made sure I had the onion, and I fried up my own bacon bits. I recently took some to work for a holiday luncheon. They disappeared rather quickly. This recipe is easy and definitely a keeper.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2005
This was so easy to make, just put everything in a bowl, mix and stick in the oven. I used a Mexican cornbread mix to add a little spice, doubled the recipe, and took it to work for a potluck Thanksgiving luncheon. It was delicious. I had several people ask for the recipe. Definitely a keeper for my recipe box.
