Asparagus with Cream Sauce
This was relatively easy and quite good. I used low-sodium chicken broth and reduced fat sour cream, and it worked fine.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
This recipe was so easy, and turned out well. I needed to lower the sodium content, so I omitted the salt and used low-sodium Worcestershire sauce, and it still tasted good!

New York Rye Bread
This turned out great in the end. But when we checked the dough during the first knead cycle, as recommended by our bread machine's instructions, we needed to add quite a bit of water, as the dough was too dry. With the extra water, it turned out beautifully!
