I made this tonight for dinner. Be CAREFUL it kicks butt and was actually over spicy in a bad way. (and we LOVE spicy food) The breading was good, but the sauce was way too hot. Next tme if I decide to make this I'm going to change the sauce a bit.

Old Fashioned Apple Cream Pie

I didn't really care for this recipe and neither did the rest of my family. It was rather simple and quick to make, but we just didn't care for the overall product. Like another review said, this is a good building block to use for other recipes.

Restaurant-Style Spinach Casserole

This was a good recipe and very easy to make. It was a little bland at first, but I added some salt and pepper and it turned out to be a rather decent side dish. I was told to make it again.

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

This recipe is easy, quick and great! The whole family loved it. There were no leftovers. I followed the recipe exactly as stated. Fish has enough flavor that it doesn't have to be served with the dill sauce, but I made if for those who wanted it. I was told to definately make this again.

Killer Shrimp Soup

Maybe I did something wrong. The flavor was too strong. The herbs made it overpowering and the butter made it too greasy. I was too embarassed to serve it for dinner.

They were just OK. I made it once and it was edible, but I wouldn't go through the trouble to make it again. I think there could be more sauce like other reviewers also.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Great recipe and super easy! Even I couldn't mess this one up. My kids loved it and they are not great vegetable eaters. If it was just me eating it I would have used a spicier corn bread mix, but the kids like the regular.

Chicken Marsala Florentine

I'm a horrible cook and yet this recipe was easy enough for me to pull off. My other half said this is by far the best meal I ever made him and his friend was very impressed and said this recipe is "restaurant quality" So if you want an easy receipe that tastes good and is hard to mess up -- this is it!!
