World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2009
The best lasagna I have ever made! I made it for the first time for my husbands surprise birthday party and I got complimented on it all night! Everyove said that it was by far the best lasagna! The only thing I did different is substituted spicy sausage instead for a little extra kick! This is the only lasagna recipe I will ever use! Thank you!

Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2009
MMM MMM Good! A very easy and great recipe for pork chops! This was a hit at my house! Moist and delicious! I was out of feta cheese and basil, so I used parmesan and rosemary....still very good. Would like to try using the feta next time. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe!

Tasty Lentil Tacos

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2008
If I could rate this recipe 10 stars I would! This is one of the best taco's we had ever eaten!! We did not miss the ground beef at all. Knowing that it is a healthy meal makes it even better! My husband, who is a meat and potato guy, said he never needs to eat another beef taco ever again after one bite. Thank you for this wonderful recipe. We will add this as a staple to our mexican meal nights!!

Apple Pie Filling

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2007
I was looking for a good freezer recipe for the ton of apples we picked at the orchard this fall. We spent all afternoon making a couple batches of this along with another recipe on this site for applesauce (sarah's applesauce), which both turned out really good! The only thing I would do differently on this recipe is to not overcook the apples. They were a little on the mushy side after I baked a pie. Other than that, this was a tasty and good way to use all those extra apples!! Thank you for the recipe!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2007
HOLY COW!! These are THE BEST chocolate chip cookies ever!!!!!!!!!! I will not need to hunt for the perfect chocolate chip recipe again! I think I saw my husbands head spin as he bit into the delicious cookies! He loves chocolate chip cookies and said I never have to make him any other kind of cookie other than this kind!! I am a fan of baking and am always looking out for "the best" staple for all desserts and I finally found my cookie! I did not stray from the directions, 12 mins on 350deg was perfect, they came out golden on top and oohhy goohy melt in your mouth on the inside!!!!!! Next time I will do what another reviewer did and use chocolate pudding with peanut butter and semi sweet chips! I can't wait!! Thank you so much for this recipe!

Kielbasa with Peppers and Potatoes

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2007
Very simple yet full of wonderful flavor! My husband was impressed. I did what another reviewer said and added onions and garlic. I also cooked the veggies separately and then added it to the meat and potato mixture. Very fast and delicious! We will be making this one again! Thank you for this good recipe!

This is delicious! I make it for my 1 year old son who also loves it! It puts a yummy twist on plain oatmeal! I put it in the magic bullet after it has thicken up to puree it for my baby! Great recipe, thank you!!!!

Rump Roast Au Jus

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2007
This was very good! Great flavor and very tender! I used salt instead of celery salt and I cooked the roast in a dutch oven instead of a crock pot. After seansoning the roast, I browned it on the stove top. I added red skin potatoes, carrots, couple slices of bacon overtop, and hot water (almost enough to cover the roast). I transferred the pan from the stove top to the oven at 400degrees for approx 1 hour then reduced the temperature to 350 degrees and continued cooking for another 1 and 1/2. The roast was very tender and had a little kick from the pepper, but we like it like that!! Thank you for the recipe, we will definately be making this again!!

This marinade added a wonderful flavor to our steak fajitas! This recipe was a major hit with my family! I did not have red wine vinegar, and used apple cider vinegar instead and it was delicious!

Perfect Turkey

This is "THE PERFECT TURKEY!" I made my first Thanksgiving dinner for my inlaws and they are still calling me to tell me what a delicious turkey I made! It was such a big hit, my mother in law is planning to use this recipe next year for the holidays! Do not skip the brine, and we left the vegetables in the gravy. SOOOOOOO GOOOOD, I think we will be eating a lot of turkey this year!!!!
