My favorite things to cook
I love vegetarian health food, but I also love to cook crazy things like creme brulee. I love clay pot cooking. Eggs are my favorite food.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Mom makes enchiladas for birthdays and vegetarian stuffing for holidays. Dad always cooked me breakfast on the weekends growing up and I used to wake up at 4:00 am to have toast with him before he went to work some times. He always makes great curries and stir frys for dinner!
My cooking triumphs
I'm awesome at making something yummy from basically whatever is at hand.
My cooking tragedies
Sometimes I try to be too healthy with my ingredients and it just doesn't work out for anyone's taste bud's benefit. Rice flour buttermilk biscuits taste like sand, and you can't really make rice pudding with stevia. Sometimes, you just have to sacrifice health for an awesome flavor experience.
