Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing

Fantastic frosting, super light and fluffy. Very yummy taste, not at all like your typical homemade frosting. I frosted my cake (I made a double batch), then I colored some frosting and put it in to piping bags. Since the frosting is softer I put the piping bags in fridge to firm up for a little while. I was able to make a great border and write on the cake with it. I will use this recipe from now on. Thanks!!!

Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake

Super yummy!!! My kids loved it. I used Turkey sausage, but other than that made it exactly as recipe says. I will definitely make this one again.

Sugar Cookie Slices

Cookies turned out great!! My kids were craving cookies and I was out of eggs, so glad I found this one. I rolled into balls, pressed them flat and then topped with colored sugar.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

These pancakes were super yummy. I made it just as it was written, except to add a little water because the batter got a little too thick. Great recipe, I will not be making bisquick pancakes anymore.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I made these for Christmas, out of all the cookies I made these were the favorites. Because my kitchen was so warm from baking all day I rolled the cookies out on wax paper and I stuck the dough in the freezer after rolling for a several minutes to firm it up cause it was getting to soft to use the cutters on. I used the buttercream frosting for cookies recipe from this site and the cookies looked and tasted great. I definately will make these again.

Butter Icing for Cookies

Frosting tasted great and it was firm enough so I could stack the cookies. I melted the butter in the microwave and used milk instead of cream and it still turned out great. I will definately use this recipe again.
