So tasty, and at first I was kind of iffy on how it would taste. Pork tenderloin was on sale and instead of having my husband do it the usual way (with a jack daniels marinade)I found this recipe. I had 2 3/4# of boneless tenderloin. I used 1 c of brown sugar...totally left out the white sugar...scared it'd be too sweet. didn't have onion powder so i chopped up some onions and put them on top of the pork while it roasted. I also was out of thyme and added a bit of corriander. I rubbed this on, let it sit for 1/2 hour and then baked at 325 for about 45 minutes in a roasting rack. Shut off the oven and let it sit for about 15 minutes before i took it out of the oven and sliced it. VERY moist....and it most certainly had some 'kick' to it. My 15 year old liked it, but I knew the 4 year old wouldn't even try it..so I didn't bother. My husband loved it and demanded I make it again. lol. Which I will. It was a nice combo of sweet and hot...which I'm not used to...Thank you for sharing this recipe. :)
