Eggplant Parmesan I

Cajun Chicken Pasta

If you are like me you never have all the ingredients or time to run to the store. I used Creole seasoning instead of Cajun. I did not have lemon pepper so I added a drop of lemon juice (while cooking the peppers) and 1/4 pepper instead of 1/8. It still turned out Fabulous!
