Breakfast Pizza I

Made this as the recipe called for, except a few minor tweaks. I used canned pizza dough in a 9x13 pan, since I did not have crescent roll dough on hand. I also shredded leftover baked potato in the place of the frozen hash browns to make it healthier. I followed some other reccomendations and upped the eggs to 6. My kids and I loved it.

Cantaloupe Bread with Praline Glaze

This is a favorite recipe in my household. I would give it 5 stars, but I made it without the glaze, so I can't judge how that qouls affect the recipe. The bread itself is the best quickbread I have ever put into my mouth, and I don't like cantaloupe.

Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin

My whole family loved this one. I did not have access to a grill so I roasted it in the oven, making sure to brown the outside during the cooking process. It still came out tender and flavorful. I took the advice of others and boiled the marinade to use as a sauce for the meat. With the addition of some apple cider vinegar it makes a fantastic salad dressing to use with the leftover meat.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

This is my favorite recipe. I might change it to make a bit more sauce. It also works really well with boneless pork chops.

Gingered Pepper Steak

This tastes as good as what you would get from a restaurant and it is so easy and fast. I will make it again and again. My finicky teen even liked it! My only change was to use one green pepper,one red pepper and one onion for variety.
